CONVENTIONAL SCRAPER BLADES

Conventional scraper blades

Conventional Scraper Blades, also known as Radial Blades, are made of high-carbon steel and imported stainless steel of fine structure, for processes where the self-sharpening undercut recess is not required since the printed pattern consists only of lines and solid printing.

Our Conventional Scraper Blades have their edges treated for complete removal of burr, which can damage the anilox cylinder, thus bringing risks to the scraping process.

These blades are indicated for other rotary printing processes, which require scraping, as in the case of varnish application in several types of substrates and surfaces.
