The SAE 1095 spring steel strip is an imported tempered and thermally relieved high-carbon steel used to manufacture flat parts, whose process implies a low level of conformation and decrease in production time, as the final products do not require going through a final tempering process. Its major characteristic is the high degree of roughness, along with good tenacity, allowing for bending of up to 90º.

SAE 1095 TR spring steel applications in the industry are:

  • - Steel scraper blades.
  • Steel saw for cutting foams, mattresses, wood, and paper.
  • 1095 Spring Steel for manufacturing springs in general and rings.
  • - Spring Steel for washers of all kinds.
  • Compressor valves.
  • Steel trowels and construction accessories.
  • - Steel framing and straight edges.
  • Steel straps and strips.
  • Spring steel for cutlery.
  • Spring steel for cutting tools

According to our slitter's technical specifications, our stainless steel strips may be supplied as coils, rolls, or steel strips cut to the width requested by the Customer.
